Just arrived in time for Christmas these 2kg puddingd have been carefully prepared and packed by Victoria Police Executive Chef, Michael Jaspers. Michael was formerly a chef at Parliament House, Canberra where he served Prime Ministers, Royalty, Heads of State and other dignitaries. He produces are very limited number of Christmas Puddings each year and we have been lucky enough to secure 30 only.
The pudding is cryo packed then wrapped in the outer cloth. Cooking time is approx 40 minutes of simmering in a pot of water. Order now to receive in time for Christmas.
