If you would like a chance to win a complete collection of Constable T. Bears you need to buy a ticket in the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation Raffle 2011. First prize is a complete collection of 12 Victoria Police Constable T. Bears plus a first edition Tasmania Police Constable T. Bear and both the small and large versions of BUFF the Police Dog Puppy.

For our winner to show off their complete collection we will also include a glass display case with hologen lights and security log valued at $900.

This is the first time that a complete collection of Constable T. Bears has been offered from edition 1 thru edition 12, plus Tasmania Police & BUFF. All are brand new and have never been circulated.

Second prize in the raffle is a 80cm Panansonic LED flat-screen TV and third prize is DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine valued at $499. Tickets in this raffle are onsale from 17th October 2011 to the 29th February 2012. The raffle will be drawn at 3pm on 29/2/2012. Winners will be notified and published on our website. Proceeds to benefit the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation to assist in the building of new and improved emergency facilities in Victoria's public hospitals.
