The Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation is proud to announce its 12th Edition Constable T. Bear - General Policing Bear featuring the new ballistic equipment vest. Our 2011 bear stands at 38cm with black boots, navy trousers, light blue shirt, white police cap and ballistic equipment vest recently issued to all operational members. The shirt is fitted with authentic shoulder patches and the cap is fitted with a miniature replica of the Victoria Police hat badge. In keeping with this collectable series each bear is supplied with a numbered tag of authenticity collectable presentation box.

Edition 12 Constable T. Bear is now available through our secure online ordering system, from the Blue Ribbon Foundation's store in Moorabbin, the Victoria Police Academy and the Victoria Police Museum & gift shop in Flinders Street.
