Peter Duncan Has been associated with the Foundation since its origins as the Tynan-Eyre Memorial Foundation and was elected to the Committee of Management in 1998 when the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation was formed. Peter's professional career was also serving the people of Victoria through the Justice Department where he was Deputy Sheriff and then Sheriff of Victoria.

Peter has sat on many executive and sub-committees for the Foundation and, prior to his election as Deputy Chairman, served as Secretary.
